Singing Bowl Mallet

• For hitting and rubbing the singing bowl
• Designed in collaboration with Sara Auster
• Consists of densely stacked layers of suede on one side and a silicone disc with a hand-turned cork handle between the two sides
• These components are mounted over a hollow aluminium tube for a super-light feel
• The suede mallet produces a clear, pristine sound when struck against the wall of a bowl
• The suede is firm enough for a super-fast response, but soft enough for a warm, rich sound, and can strike even thin-walled crystal bowls with confidence
• The silicone disc on the opposite end gives your bowls a silky, seamless, sustained sound when rubbed along the wall of the bowl
• The natural cork handle is comfortable and secure in the hand
• This mallet plays excellently on Alchemy crystal singing bowls as well as on frosted crystal and metal bowls
