Detail
Tenor recorder
The Hotteterre tenor has a uniform strong and warm sound across all registers. It is particularly suited to solo playing, especially since its range of 2 1/2 octaves makes transverse flute pieces available to it. Due to their long scale, these tenors can not be played without a key.
