Active Tone Control for Guitar and BassThe RPC is a variable, active control that boosts a guitar's frequency response up to 6 dB at 4000 Hz while reducing the low end. Instead of a standard tone control, you can use this circuit to give a humbucker characteristics similar to a single coil.
